Brand Partner

You operate in your region under the PAPACKS brand — with the group's corporate identity and marketing. The license agreement defines territory and exclusivity.

Who we are looking for

Partners who lead their market themselves

Our partners run production in their market themselves. Two profiles bring the prerequisites.

Profile 1

Manufacturers and processors

Manufacturers from packaging, paper or production who expand their portfolio with molded fiber — with patented technology and the licensor's series production experience.

Profile 2

Entrepreneurs and industrial groups

Entrepreneurs, industrial groups or companies with capital and management experience who are building an industrial operation — from a single production line to a Gigafactory.

The basics

What you bring

Management experience, technical understanding of industrial processes and capital for the chosen expansion stage — from a single production line to a Gigafactory. We clarify the investment framework in the needs analysis. The training program in Cologne provides the molded fiber know-how.

The PAPACKS Molded Fiber License is a technology license agreement and the licensee's own entrepreneurial activity. It is not an offer of an investment product, not an equity interest in PAPACKS, and contains no statement about returns or payback.

Network

Three plants, ten lines, partners on three continents

You build on ongoing series production — three plants in Europe, sales in Prague and Sparta, partners for raw materials and target markets.

Process

Eight steps to kick-off

Before the first step comes the licensing consultation: clarifying market, project and fit — without obligation.

Step 1

Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties sign a non-disclosure agreement. After that, we speak openly about strategy and finances.

Step 2

Strategy meeting with the founder

You speak directly with founder Tahsin Dag about your market, your goals and the shared direction.

Step 3

Needs and package analysis

We define the machine configuration, production scope and target market for your case.

Step 4

Letter of intent (LOI)

The letter of intent records the analysis results and the structure of the partnership — signed by both parties.

Step 5

Business plan & finance workshop

You develop your business plan with the PAPACKS team — with cost parameters from our own production and templates for discussions with financing partners.

Step 6

License agreement

Legal and management of both parties finalize the license agreement.

Step 7

Order & start

After signing, you order the technology and the project plan starts.

Step 8

Kick-off: training & planning

Your team begins the training program in Cologne; in parallel, detailed planning of your site starts — through to ongoing production.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the licensing program

The plant concept for setting up and operating a Gigafactory, rights of use to patents, designs and trademarks under the license agreement, a transferable product portfolio, technology and machinery. Plus training, technical support with remote diagnostics and support with sales and marketing.

Three factors determine the timeline: lead time of the line, site (existing building or new build) and permits. Your team's training runs in parallel with the setup. We record the timeline in the project plan; the PAPACKS team supports setup, commissioning and training through to ongoing production.

Wet Molding, Thermoforming, Dry Molding and the bottle technology of the PAPACKS Model S10, complemented by functional coating. You choose the processes for primary packaging with food contact (declaration of conformity for each product and coating) or secondary packaging — as your own plant, wall-to-wall at the customer's site or as a line in your existing production.

No. The training program at the R&D Innovation Hub in Cologne covers machine operation, maintenance, stock preparation and coating. During operation, tool making and prototyping, maintenance support and remote diagnostics handle ongoing optimization — from Cologne for every site.

Through the PAPACKS network: virgin paper fiber, industrial hemp or recycled fiber — depending on the product and quality requirement. PAPACKS names vetted supply routes and brokers the supplier contacts; you conclude the supply agreements yourself.

We forward inquiries from the PAPACKS network that concern your market to you — plus a local marketing kit with templates, product data and reference material. You adapt the product portfolio to your market.

The territory is defined in the license agreement — depending on what you want to manufacture and for which market. Brand Partners represent PAPACKS in their region under the brand; the agreement governs the boundaries and exclusivity of the territory.

We state the license fee and plant investment in the licensing consultation — depending on market and expansion stage. This does not include any assurance of revenue or earnings.

In eight steps: NDA, strategy meeting with founder Tahsin Dag, needs and package analysis, letter of intent, business plan and finance workshop, license agreement, order — and the kick-off. There, training and site planning start in parallel. Before all this comes the non-binding licensing consultation.

No. Entry starts with a single production line for one product — with the associated product, tool and formulation IP rights — and extends to a complete Gigafactory. We define the scope in the needs analysis.

A machine delivers throughput. The license delivers what lies between the machine and the sold product: a product portfolio with tools and formulations, functional coating, the Operations Manual from ongoing series production, training for your team at the R&D Innovation Hub and inquiries from the network.
