Switch to a contemporary packaging solution
The PAPACKS® Model S10 processes available renewable raw materials into complex bottles, containers and tubes.

Made from renewable raw materials
The demand for simple, recyclable solutions and a reduction in plastic waste is often a requirement today, where previous fiber molding technologies have often reached the limits of shaping complex hollow parts and scalability.

Scalable series production
The PAPACKS® MODEL S10 was developed to close this gap. It combines material science with automated robotics to enable industrial volumes.

The PAPACKS® MODEL S10 will be in production from 2026 with a capacity of up to 10 million units/year.

ICE Industrial Services

Automation & robotics

ICE translates the robustness and precision of high-tech industry to packaging production.

By using standardized robotics and intelligent control systems, we transform the fiber forming process into a fully automated „smart line“ with maximum availability (OEE) and minimized downtimes.

Why this constellation is crucial for you:

You are not buying individual components, but a synchronized production unit

The merging of core competencies between raw material expertise, complex fiber preparation, process know-how, individual shaping and industrial automation:
Faster ramp-up and validation as well as stable cycle times and investment security.

Maximum freedom of form for your portfolio

Modular Smart-Line architecture

Our patented technology enables the production of complex shapes with undercuts that go beyond standardized moulded parts.
From 10 to 100 million units
The plant has a modular design for an annual capacity of 10 million units and can be expanded to up to 100 million units.
Complete solution
The process includes fiber preparation, shaping, finishing using coating technology and complete automation.
Recyclable in the paper cycle
The containers produced are based on renewable fiber raw materials. According to current certification, they can be recycled in the paper cycle.

Recyclability: The recyclability in the standard waste paper stream has been technically tested and confirmed in accordance with the minimum standard for measuring recyclability of the ZSVR (as of 31.08.2023) and DIN EN 13430 with regard to material recyclability in the post-use phase. Actual recycling depends on the local availability of appropriate collection and sorting infrastructures. The product is designed in such a way that it does not hinder the repulping process.

Plastic reduction: The solution supports the objectives of the Packaging Ordinance by using fiber-based materials as a substitute for fossil-based hard plastic packaging.
