All prices net, delivered free within Germany; calendar set = printed door carton + insert. XL and XL Book are tiered in steps of 768 — their price in the 4,200 row applies from 4,608 units. All intermediate tiers and optional individual shipping cartons are listed in the catalog. Several print designs in one production run: The total quantity per variant determines the tier price — designs in different variants do not count together. Each additional design costs only €700 (XS–S) or €750 (M–XL) for the printing plates. Prices as per the 2026 price list; over- or under-delivery of approx. 10 % possible.
If none of our standard variants fits: from 20,000 units, we develop and manufacture custom calendars for you — with your own compartment shapes, your own format and your own cartons.

The insert
24 compartments molded in one piece
The feel decides how your brand is perceived: molded fiber made from virgin paper fiber, with a firm, grippy surface and depth in the relief. Your products sit precisely in their compartments — and opening it feels like a brand, not like packaging.
In operation, speed counts: the inserts arrive nested, are ready to fill immediately and run in manual loading as well as on automated filling lines.
If you don't want to handle the filling yourself: with optional kitting, you supply your products — and get ready-to-sell calendars back — from 3,000 units, from an additional €1.42 per calendar on top of the set.

Tailor-made when your products need their own shapes
Tubes, capsules, toy figures, specially shaped jars — if no standard compartment fits, we develop the insert around your product. Size and design of the calendar follow your specifications completely.

You don't have a product of your own but want to give a gift? We deliver the corporate advent calendar fully kitted: your design outside, individually wrapped branded chocolate inside — from 300 units. And it stays present: from December 1, it sits on the desk every morning for 24 days.

Fully kitted, delivered to you
We produce, fill and deliver — to your office or directly to your distribution list, by number of recipients. We agree any possible deviations with you in advance. You only supply the logo and layout.
Design
Your brand, all over
The entire carton is printed with your layout, CI and logo — in variant XS or S, as a calendar that looks like you, not like catalog goods.
Variant XS with Ritter Sport: €10.92 per calendar at 300 units, from 2,400 units €7.77. The order deadline for the season is early September.
Inserts only
Individual inserts — for your own cartons
For promotional product and calendar suppliers and print shops — or if you work with your own carton supplier: the molded fiber inserts are available individually in five formats (XS to XL) — nested on pallets, from stock, delivered free within Germany. Tier prices from 6,000 units — you receive the price list on request.

Free delivery
Delivery included within Germany — nested on pallets, 320 to 630 inserts per pallet depending on format.
Virgin fiber
The inserts are made from pure virgin fiber, in white / natural white — manufactured in our BRCGS-certified production.
From stock
Standard inserts without print are available at short notice — without the lead time of the printed calendars. Even in the middle of the season.

Timeline
Advent calendars run on deadlines
From receipt of your print files to delivery takes approx. 6–8 weeks. Production slots per season are limited — the earlier you inquire, the more secure your delivery date. You can inquire at any time: we check which dates are still available in the current season.
Jan.–Mar.
Best period: preferred production slots, full choice of variants.
Apr.–June
Regular capacity — surcharge possible depending on utilization.
July–Aug.
Last dates, express surcharge possible.
September
End of production for deliveries in October and November.
From inquiry to delivery
In a consultation, we clarify quantity and variant; then you test free samples. With the fixed price, you receive a design template and supply your print files according to our guide — we produce and deliver free within Germany. We coordinate preferred dates individually.

Made in the PAPACKS GIGAFACTORIES in Arnstadt
The inserts are made in our own molded fiber production in Arnstadt (Thuringia) — according to the BRCGS Global Standard for packaging materials and ISO 9001:2015, from FSC®-certified virgin fiber (FSC® Mix Credit, license FSC-C125098).
