PAPACKS Model S10 Bottles, containers and tubes made of molded fiber — in industrial series production

A synchronized line from fiber preparation to robot-assisted removal, developed for hollow bodies with undercuts.

You license the technology and produce yourself — or you source finished packaging for your brand.

At a glance

One line. From fiber to finished hollow body

The PAPACKS Model S10 molds bottles, containers and tubes with undercuts — in one piece, at the pace of a line.

Molding

Undercuts in series production

The patented technology molds hollow bodies with undercuts. We define the geometry for each product in engineering.

Raw materials

Virgin paper fiber and industrial hemp

The line is designed for both fibers; we define the formulation for each product in engineering.

Material cycle

Recyclability in the testing program

We have cyclos-HTP test every container for recyclability in the waste paper stream. Recovery on site depends on the collection infrastructure.

Test method: cyclos-HTP according to the ZSVR minimum standard and DIN EN 13430

Fiber preparation, molding, functional coating and automation run in sync — as one coordinated production unit. The first line is installed at Gigafactory Arnstadt.

Design freedom

Hollow bodies with undercuts. Molded to your design

Your design determines the shape. The line molds it from virgin paper fiber and industrial hemp — in one piece. Dry goods directly, liquids after testing with a matched barrier; details on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the PAPACKS Model S10

You start with 10 million units per year and expand with additional modules to up to 100 million — the system architecture stays the same.

The PAPACKS Model S10 is a complete line: fiber preparation, molding, functional coating and automation — as a synchronized production unit with one plant concept and one acceptance protocol, developed with INMACO Solutions and ICE Industrial Services.

Both paths are open. License: you license the PAPACKS Model S10 technology through the licensing program and produce yourself in your market. Sourcing: you source finished bottles, containers or tubes for your brand from our production — samples and quotes via the Paper Bottles & Containers product page. In a consultation, we clarify which path fits your volume and timeline.

The line is designed for virgin paper fiber and industrial hemp — for bottles, containers and tubes. We define the formulation for each product in engineering.

We have cyclos-HTP test every container for recyclability in the standard waste paper stream — according to the ZSVR minimum standard and DIN EN 13430. Actual recycling depends on the local collection and sorting infrastructure; the molded part is designed for the repulping process.

The first line is installed at Gigafactory Arnstadt, designed for up to 10 million units per year. We schedule projects in the order in which volume and timeline are confirmed — the consultation is the first step.

Technology, plant concept, training and ongoing support — we define the scope of supply for each market by contract. For the program, regions and process, see Licensing program.

We state the license fee and plant investment in the consultation — depending on market and expansion stage. This does not include any assurance of revenue or earnings.

Yes, for prospective licensees after the consultation — we agree the date and scope with you.
